FAQ
What REKO does today, what it doesn’t, and what is coming.
REKO is creative growth infrastructure: one workspace where artists, managers, PR and marketing teams and event organizers plan, push and measure campaigns. Today you can create campaigns from a template, plan tasks on a timeline, keep an industry contact list, track outreach your team logs, plan content, record results and generate a campaign report. Live connections to platforms such as Spotify, social networks and ticketing are not built yet.
People who create culture: artists launching music, managers coordinating teams and releases, PR and marketing teams running outreach and campaigns, event organizers promoting shows, and creative teams behind brand or cultural projects.
Yes. You can run a release or content campaign on your own, and invite a manager or collaborators to your workspace whenever you are ready.
You can belong to more than one workspace and switch between them, with each campaign living in a workspace. Every campaign has its own brief and report today. A dedicated artist roster and reporting across campaigns are on the roadmap, not available yet.
Yes. You get an industry contact list with creative-industry categories and relationship states, outreach tracking from first contact to result, content planning and a campaign report. Outreach is logged by your team; REKO does not send or track messages for you.
Yes, for planning an event campaign: announcements, content, media and sponsor work as tasks with owners. You can record ticket sales and revenue by hand in a campaign's results, but REKO does not connect to ticketing platforms, so nothing is pulled in automatically.
No. REKO does not send emails for you today. Team invites are links you share yourself. Outreach tracking records what your team logs, such as who you contacted, by which channel and how they responded. REKO never shows delivery, opens or replies that did not happen.
No. There is no Spotify integration today. If you want streaming numbers in a campaign report, your team can enter them by hand and they are labelled as entered by hand.
No. REKO does not connect to Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube or Facebook today, so it does not pull in social metrics. You can plan content for those platforms and record results yourself.
REKO is free while it is in early access, with no card required. Paid plans are planned, but billing is not built yet, so nothing on the site can be purchased.
From your team. Results are entered by hand and labelled that way, so a report only ever shows numbers someone recorded. Automatic sources will be added only when a real integration exists.
Not yet. The campaign brief that tells you how many days remain, what is incomplete and what needs a follow-up is rule-based: it restates what is recorded in your campaign and does not estimate or predict. AI assistance is planned, and it is meant to support your creative judgment, not replace it.
Campaigns are visible to the people on your workspace's team. REKO administrators can also access workspace data in order to operate and support the service.
